BOTH has assembled a unique bundle of health, wellness and consumer benefits that the client receives as part of the base BOTH package at no extra cost. Some of these services and consumer discounts are not otherwise available to individual purchasers at any price.

BOTH has also assembled a group of the leading health insurers for optional health insurance at an additional cost to the BOTH Client. If a BOTH Client does not require health insurance or qualify for coverage by the health insurance provider, BOTH also offers Limited Indemnity Plan options exclusively through Patriot Health, Inc.

Elected Comprehensive Health Insurance

BOTH has organized a comprehensive approach to optional health insurance coverage that includes offerings from all the leading healthcare providers in the US.
The BOTH Advisor™ can arrange for a confidential evaluation of these plans by a trained licensed professional to find which plan features are available in various price points. Since the pricing of health insurance plans is based on many variables including participant age, location, pre-existing conditions, and state regulation, among others, the ability to comparison shop with the guidance of an expert counselor is a benefit and end of itself. A personal counseling service like this has previously only been available to individuals through large companies.

BOTH’s expert health counselors are almost always able to find an offering that the BOTH Client can afford. This consultation is available to BOTH Clients at no additional cost. Once a Client has made a health insurance selection, all further communication is handled directly between the Client and chosen health insurance provider to ensure privacy.

If a Health Savings Account applies to the health insurance plan selected by the Client, the BOTH Adviser can assistant opening the account.

Limited Indemnity Plans

Through our association with United Consumer Awareness Association (UCAA), BOTH is able to provide our Clients access to various Limited Indemnity Plans, not otherwise available to individuals at preferred rates that are 100% guaranteed issue through Patriot Health, Inc. The UCAA is a mission driven association committed to enhancing your life by providing access to a wealth of information related to health and wellness, consumer and environmental awareness, and human issues. The UCAA stresses change in consumption habits resulting in a healthier person, community and world.

The Patriot Limited Indemnity Plans Include:

• Accidental death and dismemberment benefit (ranging from $10K-$25K)
• Excess accident medical expense benefit (subject to a $100 deductible)
• Guaranteed issue term life insurance (ranging from $5K-$10K)

However, it does provide significant cost savings to BOTH Clients for health and wellness related services to include various travel benefits. Some of these health, wellness and consumer benefit cost savings are not otherwise available to consumers at any price. Additionally, consumer participation in health and wellness programs may have a favorable impact on the cost and availability of certain health insurance coverage.

All of the Limited Indemnity Plan features are in addition to the BOTH Core Health, Wellness and Consumer benefits package that comes standard with a BOTH account. Your BOTH Advisor is ready to discuss limited indemnity plan options and or schedule a consultation directly with the licensed representative of UCAA.

BOTH Client Confidentiality

This unique package of services is available to individuals only through the BOTH Client account. While the Client’s BOTH Advisor can answer questions about the services and organize enrollment, all substantive discussions are handled on a strictly confidential basis between the BOTH Client and the individual health, wellness and/or consumer benefit provider. No medical information on a BOTH Client is available to any person at BOTH including the Client’s BOTH Advisor and no medical records of any Client are maintained by BOTH.
